Benign ovarian cysts
In a woman of childbearing age, cysts in the ovaries are very common. An ovarian cyst is described as a small sac, full of fluid, inside or on the surface of the ovary. Cysts vary in size and are classified into benign ones, which are the most common and malignant. The risk of malignancy increases with age.
