Teenagers; breast concerns
The breasts begin to grow for most girls at the age of 10-11, but any age between 8 to 14 is OK. Many girls are worried about things that are perfectly normal, such as:
-One breast is larger than the other,
-The nipple and the surrounding area called the halo is changing color and may show hair growth which, unlike what is often said, will not hurt if treated.
– Any shape and size is normal.
-Additionally, teenagers wonder, when is the time to wear a bra. This is usually when they feel that the breasts “shake” when they walk. But again in this case there is no need to wear the bra, if not bothered. It will not hurt them if they avoid it. But most of them prefer it because they feel their breasts look better and because it gives them comfort in movement, especially when they exercise.
